Turkish Police Now Has An Insane $3.5-Million Fleet Of Seized Super Cars

Turkish police have added 23 super cars valued at $3.5 million to their fleet thanks to an alleged drug dealer named Hakan Ayik. He and his associates were arrested in Istanbul and their 23 high-end cars impounded. A dramatic hype video posted to X (formerly Twitter) by Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya showed the haul that range from Bentley Continental, Porsche Taycan and Ferrari 488 to luxury SUVs such as Range Rovers, Mercedes Benzes and Volvos.

The total value is estimated to be around USD $3.5 million (100 million Turkish Liras). Mr Yerlikaya said of the arrest on X: “As a result of the successful operations carried out by our Istanbul Police Department against organized crime organizations, 23 vehicles were seized. Following the court decision, these vehicles were handed over to our police.”

According to the Daily Telegraph, the alleged drug trafficker, Hakan Ayik, led a bike gang in Sydney called the Comanchero. He has been one of the most wanted men in Australia since 2010. His fortune was estimated to be in the neighbourhood of $1 billion. The NYPost reports that during his arrest, authorities captured 37 people in total and roughly $250 million in assets.
