When its raining or very cold, our windscreens fog up due to moisture in the car making visibility difficult. Wiping the windscreen with a piece of cloth or opening briefly the windows only work for a while and the fog will return. Here is how to quickly and easily defog your windscreen and maintain it clear:
- Turn on Defrost mode by pressing the Defrost button. What this does is engage air conditioning and high speed fan. Warm dry air is directed to the windscreen which removes the moisture.
Turn on the defrost button - Turn off the Recirculation button to make sure air conditioning circulates fresh air from outside only.
Turn off air recirculation button - To ensure the windscreen remains fog-free, fan speed should be maintained at medium to high and temperature at warm to hot.
