Have you lost or defaced your logbook and are in need of a replacement? The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has announced a simplified process of applying for a duplicate logbook. The process has been reduced to 3 steps and is done through one’s E-Citizen account. Here is the process:

- Step 1: Log into your E-Citizen account and select the new NTSA service portal. Once there, select your car and view.
- Step 2: Go to duplicate logbook and click next. State the reason why you are applying for a duplicate. Upload all the required documents* as one PDF document and select the logbook counter collection office.
- Step 3: Specify who will collect the logbook. Scroll down to click the declaration box then proceed to preview your application. Make the necessary payments** and click complete. You’ll be notified, in approximately 3 working days, via SMS once your duplicate logbook is ready.
